Founded in 1955, Shinkong Textile Co., Ltd. stands as a true pioneer of the Taiwanese textile industry. Driven by the corporate philosophy that “we produce not just fabric, but works of art,” we envisioned a digital presence that feels less like a corporate website and more like an immersive art gallery. By breaking away from conventional, rigid layouts and utilizing geometric compositions, we have transformed fabric photography and information display into a sophisticated visual experience. This artistic approach elevates the brand’s perceived texture and taste, proving that traditional manufacturing can be vibrantly fashionable.

To capture the soul of our materials, we experimented with movement—capturing fabrics as they whip, flutter, and drape under varied lighting and angles. Because every textile possesses unique characteristics, these diverse photographic techniques reveal distinct forms and inherent beauties tailored to each material.

To further sharpen Shinkong Textile’s unique identity, we developed a bespoke custom typeface designed to evoke a sense of high fashion and weightless elegance. The font features ultra-fine strokes with an expanded width and condensed height, resulting in a sleek, horizontal structure. Furthermore, we integrated subtle, upward-flicking flourishes at the start and end of specific strokes, mimicking the ethereal, airy quality of fabric caught in a breeze.
